This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011, as well as institutional mandates that require publishing rules and regulations, privacy policies, and Terms of Use for access to the domain name https://jpitedu.in ('Website'), including related learning management systems and mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the 'Platform').

The Platform is owned and managed by ALTITUDE TECHNOLOGIES SOCIETY, an educational entity with its registered office at Third Floor Krishna Tower Above AADHAR Housing Finance. Your use of the Platform, enrollment in courses, and utilization of our educational services are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and applicable University Act guidelines incorporated herein by reference. By accessing the Platform or enrolling as a student, you contract with ALTITUDE TECHNOLOGIES SOCIETY and are bound by these academic and administrative obligations. These Terms of Use can be modified at any time to comply with updated university regulations or educational guidelines without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires ‘you’, 'your' or ‘student’ shall mean any natural or legal person who has registered to become a learner/user on the Platform.

ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR REGISTERING ON THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL ACADEMIC AND ADMINISTRATIVE TERMS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

The use of the Platform and our educational Services is subject to the following Student Policy and Terms of Use:

• Admission and Registration: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete academic and personal information during registration. Any falsification of records may result in immediate suspension in accordance with university disciplinary statutes.
• Academic Integrity: You are strictly bound by the academic integrity guidelines as per the applicable University Act. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic misconduct on the Platform will lead to disciplinary action.
• Code of Conduct: You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, disruptive to the learning environment, or forbidden by these Terms, the University Act, anti-ragging laws, or local Indian laws.
• Intellectual Property: The course contents, lectures, study materials, and the Platform itself are proprietary to ALTITUDE TECHNOLOGIES SOCIETY. You are granted a limited license for personal study. You will not reproduce, distribute, or claim intellectual property rights over any institutional materials.
• Fee Payment: You agree to pay the tuition, examination, and administrative charges associated with your enrolled programs as per the Institution's fee schedule.
• Liability and Warranties: Neither we nor associated universities provide any absolute guarantee as to the completeness of the study materials for specific external competitive purposes. You acknowledge that educational materials are for academic fulfillment and we exclude liability for incidental errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Third-Party Links: The educational portal may contain links to external academic resources or university portals. Accessing these links is governed by the respective third-party policies.
• Indemnification: You shall indemnify and hold harmless ALTITUDE TECHNOLOGIES SOCIETY, its faculty, officers, and employees from any claim or penalty arising out of your breach of these academic terms, university rules, or violation of any laws.
• Force Majeure: Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the Institution shall not be liable for disruptions to academic schedules, exams, or classes if prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
• Jurisdiction: These Terms and any dispute relating to academic enrollment or institutional policies shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in our registered region.
